It’s ideal for shy or introverted people, offering a safe and pressure-free space to open up without the intensity of face-to-face interaction, any visual distractions or feeling self-conscious.

 

Both versions can help you feel more at ease, allowing for deeper honesty, clarity, and transformation at your own pace.

Email Coaching

12 Session Package: 1 x set up email to gain clarity on what you need. Then 12 x weekly email contact and support emails: £180.00

24 Session Package: 1 x set up email to gain clarity on what you need. Then 24 x weekly email contact and support emails: £350.00

Phone Coaching

12 Session Package: 1 x 20 minute set up call to gain clarity on what you need. Then 12 x weekly or bi-weekly 30 minute calls : £360.00

24 Sessions Package: 1 x 20 minute set up call to gain clarity on what you need. Then 24 x weekly or bi-weekly 30 minute calls : £700.00
