Transforming my life with coaching and therapy has not only brought me all the material stuff that most people think about when they think of a happy, successful life - it has most significantly brought me personal fulfilment, confidence, joy, peace, satisfaction, friendship, love, and a harmonious, healthy, balanced life.
It has brought me the freedom to create work I love to wake up to every day and the privilege of being able to help others free themselves from the emotional and mental chains that hold them back from going for their dreams.

It also released the confidence and high self-esteem to do some some crazy things too - like trekking on the Great Wall of China for seven tough days for charity, having the courage to do fire walking (twice), working in a refugee camp in Calais, climbing mountains, and I even piloted a plane for my 75th birthday and published my first book for my 76th!
And, in 2008 I manifested one of my long-term wildest dreams: to live and work by the sea!
I've been living and working on-line and from my home here in glorious Newquay. Cornwall on the southwest coast of the UK ever since. For a little girl born 2 years after WW2, who grew up in the very poorest part of London, with rationing and all the challenges of that came with living with little money, I have created a gloriously abundant life. And if I can do it, I KNOW you can do it too.
