​​As I progress in dismantling my internalized misogyny I was having trouble when it came to my appearance. I couldn’t find the line between taking care of myself and presenting myself well, and performing for the male gaze. It took just one short hypnotic conversation with Charya for me to see how I had been conditioned to put all of my focus on what men liked. Now, I can be free to focus on all of the beauty in the world (including myself) and not give a rats ass whether men think I’m attractive of not. I know it's been about two years now but I thought I'd let you know that your support was the beginning for me. Charya works in a way that is subtle, respectful and filled with integrity. She knows what's she's doing and it shows. When I first started working with Charya I felt very stuck, depression was a constant threat and getting older was scary. I wasn't sure how to proceed.

Charya is really empathetic and  understanding and she made me feel calm, at easy and comfortable to be able to open up and explore my shame and body image issues in a safe non-judgmental way.
